The public economic enterprise TRANSUB SPA is a joint-stock company with a share capital of 125 million dinars, a subsidiary of the TRANSTEV group. Established on October 1, 1993, for the spin-off of activities specialized in suburban transport and transfer and rental services, it is based in Hussein Dey, Algiers, with additional sites in Heraoua and Douira. TRANSUB SPA also manages various land transport infrastructures, such as bus stations, educational circuits for obtaining a driver’s license, and parking facilities.

Organizational Structure

TRANSUB SPA is organized into four main departments for efficient management and optimal coordination:

• Production Department: Marketing and operation of transport services.
• Bus Stations Department: Manages the infrastructure of bus stations, educational circuits, and parking facilities.
